We do not accept returns on wrist bands at this time.

We use a 3rd party fulfillment service to print and ship our t- shirts and currently only accept returns or exchanges for defective merchandise or an incorrect order (I.E. wrong size, wrong color as otherwise stated on the order receipt). Please use the following protocol to dispute any orders:

If you have any of these issues with your merchandise, please email [email protected] with a picture of the issue and your order number. We will reach out to our service on your behalf to get the issue resolved.

The return address for shirts and hats is set by default to the Printful facility. 

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
